Reflecting on 2024: Gratitude and Hope for the Future

Celebrating Our Mission-Driven Team

As 2024 ends, I would like to take a moment to thank those who support WestBridge Vocational (WBV). Our incredible team of employees is mission-driven and understands that our collective efforts make a difference in the lives of individuals with barriers to employment.

The Production Team

Our production team provides unwavering support and encouragement to individuals who are in job skills training. They create an inclusive and supportive environment, playing an instrumental role in the success of those in training. Their dedication ensures that every individual feels embraced and valued.

The Administrative Staff

Our Admin staff fosters a nurturing training environment and supports the diverse programs and services offered at WBV. Their behind-the-scenes efforts ensure our programs run smoothly and effectively, helping us stay true to our mission.

The Job Coaches

Our Job Coaches deliver tailored instructions and training regimens that empower individuals with disabilities and disadvantages to achieve successful outcomes. They approach their roles with empathy, compassion, and guidance, ensuring that each person they work with feels supported in their journey toward employment and independence.

Gratitude for Our Board and Donors

The Board of Directors

I also want to express my heartfelt thanks to our Board of Directors. We are blessed to have a Board composed of individuals with diverse talents and backgrounds who are deeply invested in the success of our organization and, most importantly, in the success of the individuals we serve. Their generous contributions of time and effort are invaluable to our mission.

Our Donors

Our Donors play a crucial role in supporting WBV’s mission. Their financial contributions reflect their belief in our work, and their support is especially vital to programs like Bridge to Work, our self-supported initiative. We sincerely appreciate our Donors’ confidence in us and their unwavering commitment to helping us fulfill our mission.

Honoring Our Consumers

Most importantly, I want to thank our Consumers. You are the heart of WestBridge Vocational and a constant source of inspiration for our organization. Your courage and commitment to inclusion, opportunity, and choice motivate us to do our best work. Thank you for trusting us to develop tailored service plans that meet your unique needs and allowing us to join your journey toward successful employment.

Looking Ahead to 2025

As we approach 2025, I look forward to celebrating even more success stories. I am profoundly thankful for everyone who is part of this mission and those striving for opportunities to succeed. Together, we will continue to make a difference.

Happy Holidays,
