The WestBridge Vocational manufacturing floor has been instrumental in our Bridge to Work program. The supervisors, Tracy and Karen, have worked closely with our skills trainer on the floor, making sure they understand the procedures and guidelines on the floor. Brenda, the Director of Quality, has also been supportive on and off the manufacturing floor.
We have a great team that helps where they can.

During our last session of Bridge to Work, we had an individual new to the area and interested in connecting with others socially. Luke Burgess has worked part-time while going to college on the manufacturing floor. Joe, our CEO, realized that Luke and the client had some of the same interests. We asked Luke if he would be interested in meeting with our Bridge to Work client and getting to know him. He was open to the idea, and it blossomed into other connections outside of work. We honored Luke at the Bridge to Work graduation ceremony and are very thankful for his partnership with Bridge to Work!
We are so grateful for Luke’s contribution.
Luke Burgess, who not only worked part-time while pursuing his education but also extended a hand of friendship to our Bridge to Work client, highlights the extraordinary connections that can flourish beyond the workplace. We proudly honored Luke at our Bridge to Work graduation ceremony, recognizing his exceptional partnership. We are grateful for such collaborations that make Bridge to Work a true success.
